How to connect

1. Windows: run PingNitro-Setup.exe → "Install" (no administrator rights). If Windows shows a SmartScreen warning — "More info → Run anyway". In the app window click "Sign in with Telegram" — press "Start" in the bot, then "✅ Sign in — it's me"In the app window click "Confirm on the website" and confirm the sign-in in this account — the app fetches your key automatically, renews it and updates itself.
2. Mac (M1 or newer): with one command in Terminal
   curl -fsSL https://pingnitro.com/mac.sh | bashCopy
   or from the DMG file — step by step on the pingnitro.com/en/mac page. In the app window click "Sign in with Telegram".In the app window click "Log in on the website" and confirm the sign-in in this account.
3. In your terminal, in the exchange connection settings: proxy HTTP 127.0.0.1, port 1081, no login; then reconnect the exchange — or, better, restart the terminal. Step by step for your terminal →
4. If other network programs are running (tunnels, proxies in "all traffic" mode) — exclude sslocal.exe (and sing-box.exe — in the "Poor network (UDP)" mode) from them or turn them off while you trade, otherwise the latency will grow.

On your computer the key and sign-in are kept in a folder readable only by your user account; on Windows the sign-in is also encrypted. If you suspect someone else has access, disconnect the device in “Devices” or press “Sign out everywhere”.

My devices

Computers where you have signed in to the PingNitro app. Disconnect anything you don't recognize. An app's sign-in stays valid for 180 days after it last contacted the server (every 3 hours while it runs); after that you sign in again.

An account can have up to 3 devices: when you sign in on a new one, the one unused for the longest time is disconnected automatically (we let you know in the bot or by email). Need more? Write to support @whiteping_support or email support@pingnitro.com.

Check connection

We'll see whether traffic is going through your key today: the PingNitro app is running and your terminal reaches the exchange via the proxy 127.0.0.1:1081.

Line quality

How steady the link from your computer to our server is: latency jumps and losses over the last 3 hours. A weak line happens on mobile internet and Wi-Fi — then the "Poor network (UDP)" mode helps.

Sign-in and security

Ways to sign in to this account — they share one key and access period. Link several so you don't lose access if one stops working.

With 2FA, after the password or Google we send a code to your email — you can't sign in without it. Signing in with Telegram doesn't ask for a code. Turning it on signs out all previous website sessions.
