Terms of use
Version of 19 October 2026. Covers the pingnitro.com website, the @pingnitrobot bot, the account page and the PingNitro apps for Windows and macOS (the "Service"). These terms are set by the PingNitro service administration ("we"). Contact — @whiteping_support, email support@pingnitro.com or the "Write to the team" form in your account.
1. Accepting the terms
By using the Service — getting access in the bot or on the website, signing in to the PingNitro app — you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. The Service is for adults. How we handle data — privacy policy.
2. What the Service is
- PingNitro is a route from your trading terminal to the exchanges' servers: the app on your computer gives the terminal a proxy at 127.0.0.1:1081 and carries its exchange connections through our nodes. The goal is lower and steadier latency.
- Only the addresses of exchanges from a closed list go through the Service; the rest of your computer's internet works directly. Websites do not open through the Service.
- To the exchange, the connection comes from the address of our exit server, not from yours.
- We don't promise a specific latency: it depends on your provider, your hardware and the exchange itself. Our figures are measurements with a date, place and method.
- The exchange list, the nodes and the apps may change.
3. Account, key and devices
- You can sign in with Telegram, email or Google. You are responsible for keeping your account and devices safe.
- Your access key is personal. Don't share it, your account or the app with other people, don't resell access and don't publish your settings.
- Your devices are listed in the account → "My devices"; you can disconnect an unknown one. If you suspect someone else uses your access, tell support and we'll replace the key.
4. Free period — 2 weeks
A new account gets free access for a week. A day before it ends, a short survey (about a minute) appears in the bot and in the account: after it, access is extended by another week — once per account (a linked Telegram, accounts with the same email and linked accounts count as one). There is one trial per person and per computer: if a computer has had trial access with another account in the last 180 days, a new one isn't given. Accounts with temporary email addresses don't get a trial. After that, access is paid (section 5). Free access is provided "as is" — without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We may change the length of the free period for new users.
5. Paid access
- Terms and prices. Access is paid for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months (30, 90, 180 or 365 days). Prices in US dollars are on the home page and on the payment screen; the price and term stated in the invoice when it is issued apply. The paid term is added to your current access.
- Your first purchase is discounted: 3 months — −15%, 6 months — −20%, 12 months — −25% (1 month — no discount); with a partner's link or code (the code is entered in the promo code field before the first payment) — a discount under the partner program terms; the final price is shown on the payment screen and in the invoice. There is one first purchase per account; a refund of the first payment doesn't give the right to a second "first" one. After that — regular prices, except seasonal sales. At most one extra discount applies on top of the first-purchase discount (the partner's personal discount or a promo code — the larger one), the total discount is at most 45%; a sale doesn't add up with other discounts — the larger one applies.
- Payment methods are shown on the payment screen in the bot and in your profile (prices are in US dollars); Telegram Stars — as a one-time payment, with no auto-renewal. Renewal is a new payment; we remind you in the bot 3 days and 1 day before your access ends.
- Only one first-purchase invoice is open. A new such invoice or a Stars payment at the first-purchase price closes the previous unpaid invoice. We keep watching a closed or expired invoice for 2 days after it was issued — a payment that arrives on it will be credited. If both invoices are paid, both are credited for their full term at the price they were issued at; the gift for a friend and the invitation rewards — only for the first one.
- Incoming funds check. Incoming payments are checked for links to fraud, theft, sanctions and mixers wherever the payment method allows it. If the check fails, access is not extended and the funds are frozen; we will let you know — write to support for a refund: we return the funds to the address you give us (we check the address before paying out and pay the network fee). If only part of the amount arrives, pay the rest on the same invoice.
- Refunds. If your access didn't start after paying or a payment was made by mistake, write to support @whiteping_support or email support@pingnitro.com with the invoice or payment number. Stars are refunded via Telegram, stablecoins — to the address you give us in support (we check the address before paying out). With a refund, the access paid for by that payment and the gifts and rewards received for it may be removed.
- Cancelling a paid term. You can cancel paid access at any time — write to support. We refund the unused full months of the term: the amount paid ÷ the number of months in the term × the months that have not started yet. A month is 30 days from the start of the term paid for by that payment (if the payment extended access that was still running, its term starts when the previous one ends); in a 12-month term the last month is 35 days. A month that has started is not refunded and stays yours: your access is shortened by the refunded months, gift and reward days are kept (they are not refunded in money). Stablecoins are refunded to the address you give us in support (we pay the network fee); we check the address before paying out. Telegram refunds Stars only as a whole payment: a term longer than a month paid in Stars is refunded in Stars in full while its first month is running, and the access paid for by that payment is closed in full; later — proportionally in USDT to your address (a 1-month term — as with other payment methods). Payment within 10 business days of the request.
- If the service is down through our fault. An outage longer than 72 hours in a row — we extend your access by the length of the outage. If we stop the service or it is down for more than 14 days in a row — we refund the unused days of each active payment (amount × days left ÷ days in the term), by the same payment method; Stars — under Telegram's rules (in full while less than half of the term is used, otherwise proportionally in USDT to your address).
6. What is not allowed
- using the Service for anything other than connecting your terminal to the listed exchanges;
- using it to break exchange rules, country or jurisdiction restrictions, the laws of your country or other people's rights;
- sharing or reselling access, publishing keys and settings;
- putting excessive load on the nodes, scanning them, trying to obtain other people's keys and data or disrupting the Service.
If you break these rules, we may warn you, limit or end your access; we tell you in the bot when a suspension happens, where possible.
7. Exchanges and laws
You are responsible for following the exchanges' rules (including identity checks and country restrictions) and the tax, currency and other laws of your country. The Service is a technical connectivity tool, not trading advice or a financial service. We can't see your orders or API keys — the exchange itself encrypts the terminal's connection; we never ask for API keys.
8. Liability
We work to keep the route fast and stable, but we are not responsible for: your provider and hardware; outages, restrictions and decisions of exchanges; actions of Telegram, hosting providers and other third parties; blocking, decisions of authorities and network shutdowns; trading decisions and their results, including lost profit due to latency or an interruption. These limits do not apply where the law doesn't allow them for consumers.
9. Ending
You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your data — with the "Delete my data" button in your account or in the bot, or by writing to support (privacy policy). We may end access if these terms are broken, if the law requires it, or shut the Service down entirely with advance notice in the bot.
10. Changes
A new version is published on this page with its date. We announce significant changes (prices, terms, renewal and refund rules) in the bot and by email at least 7 days before they take effect; access you have already paid for stays on the previous terms until it ends. By continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect, you agree to the new version.
